Song Saa Private Island is pleased to announce that all our Resort Villas are now sold and that construction of the entire resort is underway.

Song Saa endeavours to set as high a standard as possible for not only the quality of our construction, but also our conservation and community development initiatives. We’re the first to develop an island in Cambodia and we hope to lead by example.

With the 25 room property now under construction, the resort is rapidly taking shape. Soon our guests will be enjoying uninterrupted sunrise or sunset views from their spacious villas all with private pools, snorkelling amongst the vast array of protected marine life, and dining on pure white sands under a starlit sky. With two fulltime marine biologists living on the island implementing various conservation initiatives, the idea of combining nature with luxury is proving a successful one.
